  Spindle Gage
Spindle Gage
Cast Aluminum Spindle Gage

The camber angle (forward, backward, up and down) of the spindles can be adjusted by bending them (see axle benders below). This gage is used to measure the camber angle in terms of length in thousandths of an inch. Setting these camber angles can make the difference between winning and losing. This gage comes with a 1" Travel Dial Indicator.

Cost: $185 plus $15.00 S&H

    Zero Bar

A zero bar is a steel bar, in our case an actual axle, that has zero camber angle in all directions. It is used to calibrate spindle gages.

Cost: $ 20 plus $ 12 S&H

  Stands Cast Aluminum Aligning Stands

These stands, in conjunction with a spindle gage, can determine your verticle axle deflection with and without your driver in the car. Knowing this deflection will help you know how much to bend your spindles to give you the least rolling resistance down the hill.

Cost: $50 plus $10.00 S&H

New Axle Bending Tool

This is the latest in axle bending technology. Made from brass, this new tool can be turned 360 degrees around the spindle and misses all turn buckles and steering cables. Adjustments are made by simply tightening a bolt in the desired direction. They come with special ends that prevent marks on your axles. Please note, with the exception of masters cars, you do not have to remove your air foils to use this tool.

Cost: $85 plus $10 S&H

Cost: $85 plus $7 S&H
