Thanks to the support of many individuals and businesses, the Courtney Isabella Memorial Scholarship Fund will continue for another year.
The IVSBA (Indian Valley Soap Box Association), in conjunction with the Keystone Rally Association, will be awarding
college scholarships in Courtney's name to participants of the Keystone rally circuit. It is the family's plan, with continued support, to make this an annual award.
For 2011, the Courtney Isabella Scholarship Fund will once again award $4,000 in college scholarships to three Keystone drivers. In order to be eligible, each candidate must:
- Exhibit good sportsmanship.
- Participate in at least half (10) of the Fall Keystone rallies. Please note, only double-elimination races will count towards this participation.
- Submit an essay of at least five hundred (500) words on the following topic:
'Competing to Win but within the Rules. Why is this so important ?'
- Complete the application form and submit it along with the essay.
The deadline for applications is October 16, 2011 (day 2 of the Lower Bucks race).
